Aliza Naturals 3 in 1 Cleansing Paper Review

Hello my lovelies, I hope this post finds you well. As you know I am very in to my skincare and I am always trying new products to share with you all. A while back I was contacted by Aliza Naturals, a brand that I have to be honest and say I had never heard of. They told me all about a new product they had launched and wanted to know if I would be interested in trying it out and sharing my thoughts on it. After checking out their website and seeing that they were an all natural brand I was very intrigued. So after a little back and forward and me advising them that I am always 100% honest in my videos/blog posts and that as long as they were confident in their product we could of course work together. After a few days my package arrived and I was excited to see what this innovative product looked like. I had never seen a product like this and was very intrigued by the idea of a cleansing paper. I considered all of those people going on holidays or short trips and taking only hand

My Top 3 Nude Palettes under £10

Hey my lovelies, I hope you are all well and having a fabulous week. As a Beautician and Makeup lover people often ask me what palettes I would recommend for people on a budget, the most asked is for nude palettes. Lets face it with the sea of palettes out there it can be quite a daunting task choosing the right one. I have gone through my collection and chosen my top palettes. Unsurprisingly they can look similar at first look, and it can be hard to decide which ones to spend your money on. First up we have I heart Makeup Naked Chocolate £7.99 This palette looks like a big bar of delicious white chocolate. Having already owned one of the Chocolate bars in this collection I was a bit dubious to purchase another one as I thought it would be quite samey, well of course they come from the same theme... chocolate... so they are going to be reminiscent of eachother. However this one is totally a nude lovers dream. It has a mix of mattes and shimmers, granted there are only

But you Don't look sick: Fibromyalgia Awareness Day 12 May 2018

Hello my lovelies, Today I wear purple and stand with my fellow warriors for Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. I have lived the whole of my adult life with chronic pain and fatigue. I have heard all of the judgements and felt the shame. People telling me I should just get on with it, or I am too fat or It can't be that bad, or I don't know what real tiredness is. Getting diagnosed with fibromyalgia was such a hard time for me. I thought once I knew what was wrong with me I would feel better, but I didn't I felt empty. I had a condition that had no real medical support. People around us don't know enough about it because the medical profession don't know enough about it. People think that I just have a sore back. They don't know how much more there is to having Fibromyalgia. I never could have imagined my life being the way it is. Living everyday with pain all over my body is hard enough to cope with on its own, but when you add that to the sheer debilitating

How is my skin more youthful now than in my youth?

Hey my lovelies, I get asked all the time how my skin is so good. I tell them that it is all about a good skincare regime. My skin is better now than it was 10 years ago, but that didn't happen by accident. I have worked hard to get my skin in shape and I love that I have great skin and can come to work as a Beautician and not feel self conscious that I am not perfected. We all hear the same thing over and over.... Drink more water and it will hydrate your skin and your skin will be gorgeous blah blah blah. This is not entirely true, drinking water does not directly make your skin more hydrated.. I had believed most of my life that my skin was dehydrated because I didn't drink enough water. So I would chug my way through bottle after bottle and see no difference. I couldn't understand, while I was training to be a Facialist at the Beauty School I was shocked to find out that one of the most common tips I had ever been given was a myth. I actually think I may have offend
